Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and modifications are subject to the following conditions:
- Until 17 March 2026: refund minus €50 as administrative fees
- From 18 March until 16 April 2026: 50% refund
- After 17 April 2026: No refund.
Until the respective registration deadlines mentioned above, name changes are free of charge, provided the same registration category is maintained. After these deadlines, if the original ticket was purchased at a lower rate and the name change takes place during a higher-priced period, the price difference will be charged.
As of 10 May 2026, no name changes will be possible.
