The online registration fee includes:

Access to selected sessions in live streaming
Access to the Networking App
Access to the selected recorded sessions* for 4 weeks after the event

 

 

*Those sessions are selected by the Programme Committee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and modifications are subject to the following conditions:

  • Until 2 April 2024: refund minus €50 as administrative fees
  • From 3 April until 30 April 2024: 50% refund
  • After 1 May 2024: No refund.

Name changes received prior to the respective registration deadline are free of charge and are only possible within the same registration category.

After the respective registration deadline, the price difference of the respective registration category is charged for each name change.

Name change will not be possible from 22 May.

The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration or visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.
