A Policy & Legal Officer in the European Commission’s unit responsible for Medical Devices, Orla is working on the implementation of the EU Medical Devices and In vitro diagnostic Medical Devices Regulations. She currently co-chairs the Commission’s Medical Device Working Groups on Market Surveillance and Unique Devices Identification and also works on international matters.
