Christelle RATIGNIER-CARBONNEIL holds a doctorate in immuno-haematology. She has been Director General of the ANSM since 2020, after being Deputy Director General for Operations since 2016. She also held several positions in the Agency from 2002 to 2010.
Since 2022, she has been Vice-Chair of the Management Board of EMA.
Before ANSM, she was:
- Deputy Director and Head of the Health Products Department, in the French Workers’ Health Insurance Fund (2012-2016).
- Advisor for health products and industries at cabinet of the French Minister of Labour, Employment and Health (2010-2012)."
Since 2022, she has been Vice-Chair of the Management Board of EMA.
