Armida at Medtronic leads the development of an approach to sustainability that can differentiate the value proposition and build long term partnerships with customers, universities, research and financial institutions and patient associations in an ppen innovation framework.
In the first year, the program involved 200 Medtronic employees on 10 strategic initiatives to improve sustainability leveraging design thinking and agile, with a dedicated learning experience and teams representing the internal diversity to boost innovation and inclusion.
