Rossana Alessandrello is the Value Based Procurement Director of the Agència de Qualitat i Avaluació Sanitàries de Catalunya (AQuAS), coordinator of the Value Based Procurement Subcommittee of the Catalonian Department of Health, co-creator of iRaise, the first Education Programme on high value care innovation adoption, co-creator of PiPPi, the first community of practice aimed to improve health outcomes through innovation procurement and member of VPHi Board of Director. She coordinated DECIPHER, the first cross-border pre-commercial procurement in mHealth co-funded by European Commission and contributed to RITMOCORE, winner of the European Innovation Procurement Strategy Award 2022 from the European Innovation Council.
