At Dräger, we aim to improve acute care with technologies and services that lead to therapy assistance and ultimately to hospital automation, an environment in which devices are connected as a system and interact with each other for the benefit of patients, caregivers, clinicians, and hospital administration teams. As Chief Officer Medical Division at Dräger, I drive this vision with my team in an agile organization. During my career and as a passionate racing driver, I understand the need to be focused, to have the willingness to take actions and risks, while reducing hierarchical barriers and bureaucratic decisions.
