Michael “Mick” Farrell was appointed ResMed’s CEO and has served as a
director since March 2013. In January 2023, he was appointed chair of
our board of directors. He joined ResMed in 2000, serving as President
of the Americas from 2011-2013, Sr. VP of the global sleep apnea
business unit from 2007-2011, and various other senior roles. Mick
serves on the board of directors of ResMed, AdvaMed, and Zimmer Biomet.
Mick holds a bachelor of engineering from the University of New South
Wales, an MS in Chemical Engineering from MIT, and an MBA from the MIT
Sloan School of Management.
