Alex holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Technology from the Université de Montréal, a B.S. in Chemistry from McGill University, a diploma of Marketing Management from the American University of Beirut, and a certificate of General Management from the London Business School.
Alex holds a long history with Medtronic, originally in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and in Europe, and most recently as Vice President of Kanghui Orthopedics, part of the Restorative Therapies Group based in China. Alex has held senior leadership roles in Restorative Therapies Group EMEA (Spine, Biologics, and BioPharma) and Diabetes EMEA (Business Development and regional Leadership in the Nordics and ABGI).
Recipient of the Wallin Leadership Award in 2014 for nurturing talent and achieving superior business results.
Since March 2, 2017, he is leading the CRHF Business for EMEA.
