Dorothy J. Clarke, J.D., is Vice President, Health Care Compliance, Medical Devices, Johnson & Johnson, with responsibility for anticorruption and health care compliance in the medical device segment of the company. Dorothy joined J&J in 2002 and has previously served as J&J’s Chief Privacy Officer, VP of Regulatory Affairs for Medical Devices & Diagnostics, and in the J&J Law Department as a regulatory lawyer and management board lawyer. Prior to joining J&J, Ms. Clarke was in private practice as a health lawyer, representing health care companies and providers in the areas of regulatory, privacy, health care compliance, contracting, licensure, and health policy. Ms. Clarke received her B.A. in history from Wesleyan University and her J.D. from New York University School of Law.
